Plagiarism Policy:
Growth Leadership Journal uses similarity detection software to screen all submitted manuscripts prior to peer review. Manuscripts exceeding acceptable similarity thresholds will be rejected immediately.

Archiving Policy:
GLJ ensures the long-term digital preservation of published articles by enabling digital indexing with LOCKSS/CLOCKSS archival systems and maintaining secure local server backups.
