Publication Fees

*   A fee of 150,000 Iraqi Dinars is charged to the researcher or the requesting party for the publication of the research. This fee is collected in two installments:

First: 50,000 Iraqi Dinars, payable by the researcher upon receiving notification of the research's preliminary acceptance (prior to the plagiarism check and peer review process). This amount is non-refundable should the research be rejected by the reviewers. 

Second: 100,000 Iraqi Dinars, payable when the researcher submits the paper after incorporating the revisions requested by the reviewers. The researcher forfeits the right to claim this amount after the date of issuance of the final acceptance for publication.

*   Reduction and Exemption from Publication Service Fees:

1-  A 50% reduction in publication service fees applies to the following categories:
a- Researchers affiliated with Imam Al-Kadhim College (AS), whether the research is authored individually or jointly with other researchers. 
b- Local conferences that display the journal's name and logo as a sponsoring entity, subject to the approval of the Editorial Board. 
c- Institutions with which the College Deanship or the Editorial Board has concluded memoranda of cooperation, provided the fee reduction is stipulated as a clause within the memorandum. 
d- Research authored individually or jointly by a foreign researcher. 

2-  Full exemption from publication service fees applies to the following categories:
a- Foreign conferences that display the journal's name and logo as a sponsoring entity, subject to the approval of the Editorial Board. b- A research paper—whether single-authored or co-authored—by a foreign researcher with an h-index of 10 or higher, or by a researcher who collaborates with the journal’s editorial board (e.g., by reviewing five scientific papers).
c- A fee reduction or waiver granted via a decision by the editorial board, based on a request submitted by the party seeking such a reduction or waiver.
