Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of inclusive leadership in promoting ethical marketing practices through an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of managers working at Pepsi Baghdad Soft Drinks Company. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, selecting a purposive sample that included all department, unit, and factory managers, totaling (69) managers. A questionnaire divided into axes was used to measure the dimensions of inclusive leadership, namely openness, availability, and accessibility, and the dimensions of ethical marketing, namely pricing ethics, promotion, and distribution ethics. The results of the study showed a strong positive relationship between the practice of inclusive leadership and the promotion of commitment to marketing ethics. An inclusive leader contributes to creating a work environment based on mutual respect, encourages participation, and supports ethical marketing decision-making. The results confirm that applying inclusive leadership practices is not limited to improving the internal performance of employees but extends to improving the organization's image in the market and enhancing trust with customers and consumers. The research recommends that organizations adopt inclusive leadership styles as a fundamental strategy to promote ethical behavior in marketing operations, thereby contributing to achieving organizational goals and raising the level of satisfaction for both employees and customers.
