Growth Leadership Journal: A refereed quarterly journal issued by the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at Imam Al-Kadhim University College / Wasit Departments.

Through this Journal, we seek to enrich these specializations and provide researchers with the opportunity to develop their research capabilities, in addition to developing the research system in our beloved country, whether through the use of modern technology or the creation of a new knowledge environment that complements their research contributions.

The journal publishes solid academic research in administrative and economic disciplines, including: Islamic economics , financial and banking sciences , accounting , statistics , public administration , business administration , entrepreneurship management , human resource management, economics, and econometrics, whether written in Arabic or English.
